Dodge Ram 1500 Backup Camera Installation
We had a gentleman come into our West Bell Road location with his recently purchased 2012 Dodge Ram 1500. He thought the truck came with a backup camera already installed and Bluetooth media/hands free. Sadly, it did not, so of course he decided it was time for that to change. He ran over what features he was really looking for out of the head unit, and what he was looking for in addition. A backup camera was high on his wish list. It’s common knowledge that big vehicles create big blind spots, and everyone wants to be able to back up with confidence. The Echomaster PCAMDPL backup camera had everything he wanted. It makes maneuvering in even the most complex situations easy and safe with dynamic parking lines that give you a clear understanding of the trajectory of your car before you move. The durable, water resistant camera features built-in motion sensors; once the vehicle starts moving the camera senses the movement and guidelines move to show the path of the vehicle. The bracket easily mounts behind your license plate making it easy to add a camera without having to drill additional holes in your vehicle’s exterior or obscure the license plate. He also liked the 170-degree viewing angle it offers. We routed the image to his new JVC KWV350BT 6.2-inch 2-DIN touch screen radio with full Bluetooth, USB, AUX, CD/DVD, AM/FM and of course supports a rear camera input. He wanted peace and mind knowing if something unfortunate were to happen while driving, he could have a way of showing it, so we also installed a Kenwood DRV410 HD drive recorder dash cam. The customer was very happy with the way things turned out. By the time the install was done, he decided he’d be coming back to install a Viper alarm, and some Kicker amps, or maybe even a Kenwood amp with built in Hi-Res Audio! The Dodge Ram 1500 Backup Camera Installation was done by the professionals at Audio Express 4961 W. Bell Road Phoenix, AZ 85308 602-938-4199.
