5 stars! I’d give more if I could. The customer service at this store cannot be matched. After having some difficulty with our stereo from elsewhere, Glen listened, helped troubleshoot, and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He not only provided great customer support and service but he’s very knowledgeable as well- followed thru with our experience until we had exactly what we were looking for. We live on the other side of town but the drive was absolutely worth the service we received! Thanks to Glen (everyone else at the store is nice too) were customers for life at this location! Thanks Glen and Audio Express! 100% satisfied!
