We just moved from Indianapolis, and my alarm started acting up. I called the place that installed it and they couldn't shed any light on the issue. I took my Durango to Audio Express on Broadway and they checked it out. Jessie check out the issues and explained in depth how poorly the system had been installed, but was able to get the system back to operating correctly. The tech support people he had been working with aluded to the fact that the company that installed the system did not do it correctly and it would keep coming up with the issue that I had come in for. After going over the issues and possible solutions we decided to put in the Compustar T12. The staff and Jessie the installer are great and the alarm is awesome.I had an alarm put in my wifes car also before we left Indy and we decided we should have it checked. The alarm checked out good and was installed correctly. Luckily it had been done by a better installer and was a good system. Nothing needed to be done on her alarm. Thank you to Jessie and the staff at Audio Express. The work they do is awesome. I definitely recommend your business and all the friendly staff.
