I took my vehicle to Audio Express to see if they could help me by fixing an aftermarket back-up camera that I'd had installed before moving to Santa Fe. They said they would try to fix the existing unit first or, if they couldn't, we'd talk about a replacement. I walked a block away to grab some lunch and wait for their diagnosis. Less than an hour later I went back and the camera had been repaired as good as new. The price of their labor was far less than a replacement. Super helpful, great service, fair price. Thanks guys!

My experience to date has been very satisfactory. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me choose a replacement system that best fits my needs for the one that failed in my Subaru. So far, I have been very impressed with the expertise and professionalism that Audio Express seems to offer.

After taking my Expedition to a couple of places with no success, I took it to Audio Express to see if they could figure out why my battery was dying every other day. They were very professional and figured out the problem very quickly when no one else seemed to be able to. It turns out that it was the DVD player that was draining my battery every night! Even though I was not having a sound system installed, they solved my electrical problem very quickly. I highly recommend Audio Express!

Mike is awesome! They installed two 10s in my fiancés car, in just over an hour! Didn’t have an appointment an told me to bring it by. Dropped her car off and ran some errands. Felt like we picked up a different car! Sounds good and a nice clean install too. Also have sublet vehicles to Mike in the past, can never complain, fast turn around, clean installs, and professional.

Great job, gave me a great price, didn’t try to sell me more than I wanted or needed, did the install lightning fast and everything came our great!!
One thing is my car clock wasn’t working anymore on my drive home.
Hopefully they’ll correct that when i get a chance to stop by next trip to Santa Fe.
But all in all; very pleased.
