They did a really good job with my remote start system. The only quibble I had was that I was told it would only take a half an hour but it took over an hour and a half. But, other than that everything was good. I had to get the app, due to my remote not working anymore because I didn't want to keep replacing it every year and a half. Was cheaper than I expected too.

I went to the Audio Express store to research info on getting an upgraded radio for my older Honda. I was greeted by several employees eager to help me. They clearly explained what would fit in my car and then surprised me by saying it could be done and ready in 2 1/2 hours. I’m very happy with the service and the selection of the product.

James did a great job showing me the best options for my vehicle. When the overall price to do everything I wanted was outside of my budget he came up with a cost effective plan for doing the build out in stages. Chris the install manager did a great job on the install. There was one minor issue but I went back and he addressed it right away. I highly recommend this location!
