Wow what a fantastic experience Start to finish. It was all about Sam! Knows his audio, customer service was exemplary (patient, thoughtful, treats each customer like they are the most important person, etc), and he didn’t just try to sell me something I didn’t need. He stayed in my tiny budget and helped to solve my audio problem in my daughters old car. Would send all my family and friends to them. Audio Express can’t pay Sam enough!

The crew at this store are awesome! My pioneer speakers blew on me. I just knew I was going to be without my music for a while, because of the cost to replace them. I went to this East cactus store in hopes to find something, well I did I found the manager named Sam and he helped me find speakers that fit my budget, I am so happy because these speakers sound better than my old ones, and I didn't have to spend outside of my budget. Thanks Sam! This audio Express is the best.

Instead of buying a new truck, I decided to upgrade my radio so I could have apple carplay. Sam and Pierce at audio express recommended one for me that should have had all my requirements. However, after further testing it was missing the hdmi in capability that I wanted. I mentioned this to them and they swapped it out for another one, with no questions asked. It was an honest mistake but made right by both of them. I highly recommend audio express and working with Sam and Pierce as they put the customer first. That’s rare these days. Thank you both!

First of all, I missed my initial appointment and they were understanding and accommodating and what they installed for me sounds amazing and all the wiring they did is completely hidden and unless any would be thieves had seen the sub in my trunk, no one would ever know I had a system for them to want to steal. Ultimately the over all result sounds clean, looks clean, and customer service was supreme.

Alex and Pierce were amazing. My sub stoped working and I took in to see what was wrong. Alex remembered me from that last time which was over a year ago and at a different location! They told me my sub was out of warranty but still went out of their way to call me back and find a solution for me. They got me in and out under 30 min with a brand new sub! Hands down all my audio needs will done with them.
