Engineered for high-power, subwoofer applications, the RD1500\/1 monoblock amplifier is built to deliver staggering amounts of world-class bass output. Equipped with a special low impedance circuit, the RD1500\/1 is capable of generating a whopping 1500 watts of output power, at either 1 or 2 ohms (14.4V, 1% THD). At the heart of this ultra-sleek and compact power plant is JL Audio\u2019s exclusive NexD\u2122 Class D technology, permitting high power output with exceptional efficiency and low distortion.<\/p>\r\n
For your convenience, all of the RD1500\/1\u2019s controls are located on top of the amplifier, beneath a protective cover, with all connections found along one side of its chassis. Signal processing features include a 12 dB \/ octave low-pass filter, with continuously variable frequency selection from 50-500 Hz, and a variable bass boost EQ. Dual-range, differential-balance inputs are also onboard, capable of accepting most input voltage levels. Automatic turn-on capability (via signal sensing or DC-offset sensing) is standard, along with a set of preamp outputs so you can easily pass signals to another amplifier.<\/p>\r\n
The RD1500\/1 is also equipped with an onboard LED-clipping indicator. This all-new, innovative feature lets you easily set your amplifier\u2019s input sensitivity setting, quickly and accurately, with no special equipment needed. Employing our second generation NexD2\u2122 amplifier technology, the VX1000\/5i efficiently powers a complete audio system. It can drive four main speakers with 75 W x 4 @ 4 ohms while also powering a subwoofer with up to 600W @ 2 ohms. Bridging the main channels converts it into a very powerful, 3-channel system amplifier with up to 200W x 2 @ 4 ohms on the main channels and 600W @ 2 ohms on the subwoofer channel.<\/p>\r\n
The NexD2\u2122 full-range technology in the main channels of this amplifier is DSP-controlled and features a reduced loop area design utilizing DirectFET\u2122 outputs for outstanding fidelity, very low noise and exceptional efficiency. The subwoofer channel features an optimized low-frequency variant of the NexD2\u2122 technology. The amplifier chassis is ultra-compact, with all connections on one side, to greatly simplify installation into tight spaces.<\/p>\r\n

Designed to simplify great audio, every VXi amplifier combines our advanced NexD2\u2122 switching amplifier technology with an integrated, full-featured digital signal processor.<\/p>\r\n
With our second-generation NexD2\u2122 technology, the VX600\/6i full-range amplifier outputs up to 75 watts per channel into 4 ohms, or 100 watts into 2 ohms. It can also be bridged into 4 ohms, producing up a rock-solid 200 W x 3.<\/p>\r\n
The NexD2\u2122 full-range technology in this amplifier is DSP-controlled and features a reduced loop area design utilizing DirectFET\u2122 outputs for outstanding fidelity, very low noise and exceptional efficiency. The amplifier chassis is ultra-compact, with all connections on one side, to greatly simplify installation into tight spaces.<\/p>\r\n
Instead of traditional control knobs and switches, all amplifier adjustments and DSP functionality are configured via a compatible external device (PC, Tablet or Smartphone), with the appropriate JL Audio T\u00fcN\u2122 Software application installed.<\/p>\r\n
